Warranty and Returns

All products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 15 calendar days without the need for justification.

The cancellation period will expire 15 days after the date which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must explicitly notify Genca, SL of your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a letter via postal or electronic mail, or by telephone. You can contact Genca, SL at the following address:

To ensure that you are complying with the withdrawal period, you simply have to make your intention to exercise your right to withdrawal known before the end of said period.

Effects of Withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal on your part, item/s must be returned to Genca, SL in the same condition as they were delivered, and must be sent prepaid. Once we have received the returned item/s and verified that they are in perfect condition, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned item/s. The refund shall be made using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction, unless expressly requested otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.

Returned goods must be shipped prepaid, at no cost to Genca, SL, and within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract withdrawal is communicated, to the following address:

If the goods are not received by Genca, SL within the 14 calendar days following the withdrawal, the term will expire, and the return will not be accepted.

Return of Faulty Products

The buyer reserves the right to request a replacement item or refund for faulty or incorrect products, if they do not correspond to the order placed.

In this case, any return of Genca, SL products must be made through the same procedure established in the “Right of Withdrawal” section, although the buyer will not be held responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be assumed by Genca, SL.

As long as the buyer follows the procedure described therein, and the requirements established in these General Conditions have been met, Genca, SL will replace the faulty or incorrect item/s or refund the price paid.

If, upon receiving an order, the customer observes any damage to the packaging or visible sign of breakage, it is imperative that the buyer does not sign the carrier's delivery note, and instead proceeds to return the package automatically, otherwise the return will not be accepted by Genca, SL.
